Technical/Functional Project Manager
Fintrax are seeking a Technical/Functional Project Manager, in order to strengthen our presence in Latin America and to enhance the level of service offered to our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international experience in a fast growing, highly successful group of companies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Attending business and/or technical meetings and present our solutions and services to our prospects and customers
• Analysing the customers’ requirements, transforming them into functional/technical specifications and defining the relevant deliveries
• Managing the projects and following the various steps from A-Z: development, delivery, QA, pilots and going live.
• Performing “after sale” follow-up and support
Principal Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should:
• Have a minimum of two years experience as a technical/functional project manager in services related to payment systems: tills
• Have a very good knowledge of payment systems protocols (Visa, IPM...) and/or POS/tills payment applications and/or frontend/backend software...
• Have Strong communication and presentation skills, be comfortable giving presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, banks etc.
• Have the ability to manage all projects through to completion
• Be Hands-on, committed to work, responsible, autonomous and flexible
• Be Fluent in Spanish and English; the knowledge of Portuguese while desirable is not essential
• Be willing to travel to other American and European countries
• Candidates should demonstrate their eligibility to work in Mexico
